New Scream Energy Classroom Dedicated
Alumnus Lights the Way
As an undergraduate at Monsters University, Chippy McBurgh dreamed one day of playing professional football under the bright lights of an MFL stadium. Due to an on-field injury to 3 of his 4 ankles, McBurgh's football career was over, but his business career was not. Now an innovative business leader in the energy sector, McBurgh is delivering the power to those stadium lights -- and giving back to his alma mater.

McBurgh's generous donation has funded the "Chippy McBurgh Scream Energy Classroom", a cutting-edge facility for student science experimentation. He hopes the classroom is a place where imaginations and innovations can flourish.
"I never imagined that energy technology would advance so rapidly. It's a very exciting time to be in this industry. I hope the new classroom will allow the next generation of energy leaders to dream about the future just like I did when I was in their place."
